Mr. Kirkland: Criminal England x Cop Reader

A man with untamed blonde hair sat in a little tea shop, drinking his tea and reading the local paper.  Every paper had a wanted picture of Arthur Kirkland, it was him.  Smirking, he hears a familiar voice in the distance and begins to clean up.  He placed his top hat upon his head and walked out though the back.  A young woman by the name _____ _______ swings the tea shop door and storms in along with a team of men.  They look the area over and conclude that Arthur Kirkland is not there.  "Dammit!  He was here and he escaped once again!" she cursed.  One of the men walks up to _____ and whispers into her ear.  "A witness just saw Kirkland walk out of the shop and to the bridge.  We may still be able to capture him."  _____ looks the man in the eyes, "Francis, are you sure?"  He nods.  _____ then commands the next attack, plotting everything carefully.
Arthur was walking over an old stone bridge when out of the corner of his eyes something navy caught his attention.  Taking precautions, he lowered his hat over his emerald eyes.  It was a young lady but he can see through the act.  _____ ____ was following his on the opposite side of the bridge.  She slowly inched her hand to her side to pull what he thinks is a gun.  Arthur smiles, blows her a kiss and jumps over the bridge.  ______ runs after him to catch him.  Her slender fingers just touch the back of his fabric as he falls onto a shipment of freshly picked flowers.  ____ begins to lose her balance and tips over the ledge.  Francis was not far behind ____ and quickly pulls her back over.  "That was a close one." he exhaled a breath he did not know he was holding.  "Fuck!  I was so close!  Francis, I touched his back!"  Francis places a hand on his coworker's back "Not to worry ____, for I have a friend that's going to be with Arthur in the next night."  _____'s checks turned slightly pink at the dirty thoughts running through her mind.  Francis took note and laughed.  "What a naughty girl thinking those kinds of thoughts.  It's not what you think."
The next night, Arthur Kirkland was playing cards with a former friend.  The restaurant they sat in was not too busy and had well enough space for people to get up and dance.  Arthur picked up a card when suddenly _____ ran past the friend with her gun in hand.  She was about to grab Arthur's shoulder when he threw the card across the room, hitting the light switch.  The room went dark and she waltzed pass the dazed girl.  Francis turned the lights back on and ____ was flagging him and the rest of the team into the next room over.  They ran in and the door closed behind them, locking on the other side.  On the other side of the door stood a woman leaning against it and another woman pointing a gun at the other.  The woman closes to the door glanced up, her emerald eyes meeting (e/c).  The emerald eyes woman placed her hands in the arm, "I guess you caught me love."  Arthur Kirkland grins as red rose petals litter the space between them.  ____ looks up and quickly looks back at the door.  Arthur was gone but a note was left in his place.  'See you again.  From Mr. Kirkland'
