You and your husband Alfred F. Jones were sitting in the family room.  He was reading the newspaper and you were knitting a blanket for you're expecting another child.  Where is your first?  Little Matthew was up in his room drawing a picture; he said something earlier about it being a surprise for you.  As you finished up on today's knitting, you hear the pitter patter of little feet coming your way.  You feel a little body press up to your knee and you look down to see Matthew up against your knee, holding a picture.  "Hi Mommy!" he said with a wide smile on his face.  You put your work down and lift the child up onto your lap.  "Hello Mattie, whatcha got there?"  Matthew looked at the paper once more then looked to you.  "Mommy I made this for you and Daddy!"  On cue Alfred put the newspaper down.  "Did someone say HERO?"  Matthew laughed and held the picture for the two of you to see.  "No (giggles), I make a picture of the family see.  It's Daddy, Mommy, Me with Kumajirou and my new little brother!"  You cuddled the child, "That sweet Mattie."  Matthew looked at Alfred.  "Daddy you like it right?"  Alfred smiled, "Of course I do!  In fact, can I hang it in the office at work?"  Matthew nodded and handed the drawing to his father.  "I think it's about time for someone's nap" you said getting up with Matthew in your arms.  "Mommy *yawns* I'm not tired yet."  You give a silent chuckle and carry the boy up to his room with your husband close behind.
You lay Matthew onto his bed with his polar bear plushie Kumajirou beside him.  Tucking him in he asks "Mommy where do babies come from?"  You were shocked, yes he's asked that threw out your pregnancy and you didn't quite answer him but why did he choose now?  "______, I'll answer this one."  Matthew sat up with his sleepy eager eyes.  "Now what I'm about to tell is a secret and you must never tell anyone.  You understand?"  Matthew nodded his head fast.  "You promise?"  Matthew put his tiny little pinkie out to his dad.  "I pinkie promise Daddy."  Alfred smiles at the boy and sits on the edge of his bed.  "Now I'm only going to tell you this once okay."  "Okay" Matthew responded.  "When a Mommy and Daddy love each other a lot and feel that they are ready for a baby, the Daddy takes the Mommy out to McDonald's and orders her a Big Mac."  Matthew had the cutest confused face you ever see, yes the story was stupid and silly but he was problem never going to ask for a long while.  "How does that make a baby?"  "You see McDonald's puts a special seed on the bun that will land in the Mommy's tummy and it grows into a baby."  You practically face palmed hearing the last part.  Matthew twirled his thumbs "Oh, okay."  "Yup and that's where babies come from!  Now how about you take that nap of yours?"  Alfred leaned forward and kissed the boy's forehead.  You did the same and he kissed you back.  Then Alfred and you walked out of his room.  Quietly Alfred laughed.  "That was the coolest story I have ever thought of right _______!"  You smile to him "Yeah, I guess it was."
